3D Rendering

3D rendering is the 3D computer graphics process of converting 3D models into 2D images on a computer.

Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototyping is a group of techniques used to quickly fabricate a scale model of a physical part or assembly using three-dimensional computer aided design data. Construction of the part or assembly is usually done using 3D printing or “additive layer manufacturing” technology.

Metal fabrication is the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending and assembling processes. It is a value-added process involving the creation of machines, parts, and structures from various raw materials.

Digital printing is a method of printing from a digital-based image directly to a variety of media. 

CNC Routing

By using CAD (computer aided design) or CAM (computer aided manufacture) software, you can input exactly how you want the material to be cut. This information is then processed into the CNC router, which then carries out your commands onto the material you wish to cut.

Vacuum Forming

Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, where a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a single-surface mold, and forced against the mold by a vacuum. This process can be used to form plastic into permanent objects such as turnpike signs and protective covers.

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to slice materials. While typically used for industrial manufacturing applications, it is also starting to be used by schools, small businesses, and hobbyists. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.
